Motion to approve Local Rules of Procedure as amended.

Background:

At the June 4, 2024, City Commission meeting, the City Commission directed staff to amend the City of Delray Beach Local Rules of Procedure to include a Code of Conduct for members of the commission.  Commissioners, upon appointment or election, would be required to execute a form acknowledging the City’s Code of Conduct.  Violations of the Code of Conduct could result in censure or reprimand.
