Item A1 - Motion to approve and accept an agreement by the owner(s) of record New Story Investments, LLC., for property located at 3892 Frances Drive, Delray Beach, Florida; (outside the municipal boundaries) of the City.

Item A-1

 

Consider acceptance of an Agreement for Water Service for property located outside the municipal boundaries of the City of Delray Beach (City); located at 3892 Frances Drive. The owner(s) submitted a permit application #25-222729, for water service (Domestic Potable Water) located at Lot 3, Block 3 Kingsland, according to the Plat Book 24, Page 94, Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, owned by New Story Investments, LLC., Deed of Trust dated January 11, 2024. Any furnished water under this Agreement shall not be used for irrigation purposes unless such use is specifically and separately approved by the City Manager or designee.

 

City Attorney Review:

Approved to form and legal sufficiency.

 

Funding Source/Financial Impact:

There is no cost to the City now or in the future.

 

Timing of Request:

The timing of this request is high importance to allow project to continue.
