Motion to approve additional spending to the contract with BFAV LLC. DBA All on Stage Productions in the amount of $34,811 for sound, stage, and lighting for a revised contract total of $170,640.

Background:
On June 13, 2023, the City Commission through Resolution No. 107-23, approved an agreement with BFAV LLC. DBA All on Stage Productions (All on Stage), utilizing the City of Fort Lauderdale Invitation to Bid No. 29-1 for sound, stage, and lighting services.
The City of Fort Lauderdale renewed the contract for an additional year through March 24, 2025 at the existing pricing, terms, and conditions. The Parks and Recreation Department has several upcoming events that will require sound, stage, and lighting services and is asking for additional spending approval in the amount of $34,811 to cover those expenditures through July 2024.
