Background:
The City of Delray Beach won the Top 10 Digital Cities Award for 2023 as determined by Government Technology Magazine and the Center for Digital
Government. The City ranked #4 in the nation for cities with a population of less than 75,000.
This award recognizes cities that keep the focus on the needs of the communities they serve while implementing technology to improve delivery and execution.
This award involved a comprehensive analysis covering many areas of the City. The Information Technology Department along with the Departments of Communications
and Public Works will make a presentation highlighting the factors that contributed to the City being ranked as a Top 10 Digital City.
