Motion to approve and accept a Hold Harmless Agreement, for property located at 1820 S Federal Hwy, Property Control Number (PCN) 12-43-46-28-11-002-0020.

Background:
The Owner of Record 1820 Federal Delray, LLC is proposing construction improvements (installations of utilities and related improvements), within the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) 1820 S Federal Hwy State Right-Of-Way. As a result a permit from FDOT is required.
City Attorney Review:
Approved to form and legal sufficiency.
Funding Source/Financial Impact:
There is no cost to the City now or in the future for this item.
Timing of Request:
Timing is of high importance to allow the project to continue construction.
