Approval of additional spending to the agreement with Galls, LLC for Public Safety Uniforms and Equipment, utilizing BuyBoard contract proposal invitation #773-25 in the amount of 4250,000 per year for a two year total of $500,000 for the Fire Department Uniforms.

Background:
The Fire Departments primary uniform provider was Design lab which was recently acquired by Galls. The City currently have an agreement in place with Galls, LLC P2025-029. To operate in a more efficient manner and not have multiple agreements with the same company for different departments, we are looking to consolidate public safety onto one agreement with Galls. The agreement with Design Lab with be terminated. Increasing the authorized spending under the current Galls contract will consolidate all uniform services under a single vendor, creating operational efficiencies, streamlining contract administration, and improving the overall management and delivery of uniform services for the Fire Department.
BuyBoard entered into a one-year agreement with Galls, LLC for uniforms and accessories effective July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026. The contract has two one-year renewal options. The City and Buyboard have renewed the agreement for an additional year.
Initial 1 year Term Upon approval- June 30, 2026 $80,000 + $30,000=$110,000
1st Option to Renew July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027 $110,000 + $250,000 = $360,000
2nd Option to Renew July 1, 2027 - June 30, 2028 $110,000 + $250,000=$360,000
Revise Total: $330,000 + $500,000 $830,000
