Item A1 - Motion to approve the Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) concept for The Strand 150 SE 3rd Avenue

Body

Background:

The developer, Fladell LLC, of The Strand project has submitted a plan showing the MOT Plan for the construction of the South Tower at 150 SE 3rd Avenue which is about to begin construction of the drainage system in the road right-of-way of SE 3rd Avenue. Because this project will have lane closures exceeding 14 days, the contractor is required by LDR Section 7.1.8(C)(1) to seek City Commission approval for this closure.

There is no City cost now or in the future for these items.
