Motion to Approve Amendment No. 4 to the Interlocal Agreement between the City of Delray Beach and the Delray Beach Downtown Development Authority.

Background:

Pursuant to the terms of the ILA between the City and the DDA, an amendment to the Interlocal Agreement is required to memorialize the funding already appropriated by the City Commission for the FY 25-26.
