Motion to Approve Staff's recommendation that the City Commission set the proposed millage rate at 1.0000 mill for the Downtown Development Authority for Fiscal Year 2025.

Background:
The DDA will submit the Fiscal Year 2024/2025 budget on the First and Second public Budget Hearings scheduled for September 3, 2024 and September 16, 2024 respectively, as part of the City Commission Meetings for approval of the City's Budget.
