Motion to adopt Resolution No. 145-23 - Adopting the Final Budget for the fiscal year beginning on October 1, 2023 and ending on September 30, 2024.

Background:

This is the second of two required public hearings for the adoption of the final budget for the City of Delray Beach for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2023, and ending on September 30, 2024. The budget appropriations are set forth in Exhibit A of the attached Resolution No. 145-23. The final budget for the City of Delray Beach sets the final operating millage rate at 6.3611 mills and the final debt service millage rate at 0.1371 mills.

 

City Attorney Review:

Approved as to form and legal sufficiency.

 

Timing of Request:

This is the second of two required public hearings. The first public hearing was held on September 5, 2023.
