Motion to approve a revocable license agreement with Knights of Pythagoras (KOP) Mentoring Network, Inc. for use of classroom No. 5 at Catherine Strong Park for purpose of tutoring and mentoring students aged 7- 17, and for staff preparation in support of such programs.

Background:
In June 2016, the City of Delray Beach Parks and Recreation entered into a contract with KOP Mentoring Network, Inc. (KOP) a non-profit corporation whose stated purpose is to create a structured yet informal mentoring program for boys and girls between the ages of 7 - 17. KOP's program allows students the opportunity to regularly interact with committed, conscientious adults to assist and guide them in discovering their own strengths and talents. KOP staff has helped students to develop positive life skills and create goals to enrich their lives and better serve their communities.
City Attorney Review:
Reviewed and approved as to form and legal sufficiency.
Funding Source/Financial Impact:
There is no expense to the City of Delray Beach for this extension to the revocable license agreement.
