Attached are the April 2025 Financial Statements [1] Statement of Net Assets and [2] Statement of Activities with Budget vs. Actual (YTD).
Below are highlights of significant activities that occurred during the month of April:
1. Land Acquisition-Other (G/L #5610)- A payment was made totaling $771,626 representing the purchase acquisition of property at 1300 Lake Ida Road.
2. City Contractual Services-Clean & Safe (G/L #7335) - A payment was made totaling $1,172,977 representing the 2nd Quarter billing per the ILA agreement with the City.
