Consideration of the following Item:
The Development Services Management Group (DSMG) is asked to make a recommendation to the applicant regarding their request for complicated MOT and work time outside the approved construction hours of 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday - Friday and 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Saturday from the contractor at 777 East Atlantic Avenue, which shall be referred to henceforth as the Atlantic Crossing Project.

Background:
On June 18, 2026, and June 22, 2026, requests were submitted for the subject property for work outside the approved construction time limits and to have complicated MOT for working in the public Right-of-Way and public Access Easements. This request is for work blocking lanes on NE 1st Street for crane assembly and early starting for a large concrete pour with MOT that will require lane closures and perhaps closing most of the parking spaces for Veteran’s Park.
