The Commission is asked to receive a presentation updating the City on Federal issues, and the Color Nine Group's efforts on behalf of the City of Delray Beach.

Background:
Michael Wills, the City's lead Federal lobbyist from The Color Nine Group has been working with the City for a number of years now. He will be in attendance at the meeting to update the Commission on the latest happenings with the Federal government and he will update the Commission on his activities on behalf of the City with the Army Corps of Engineers, the U.S. Congress, and others.
