Acceptance of a Landscape Maintenance Agreement (LMA) for the property located at 204 Osceola Park Lane (FKA Unit 1 at 408 SE 2nd Street).

Background:
On September 28, 2022, the Site Plan Review and Appearance Board (SPRAB) voted to approve a Class V Site Plan, Landscape plan, and Architectural Elevations for the construction of a 3-unit townhome development located at 408 SE 2nd Street. The approved development included landscaping within the public right-of-way along SE 2nd Street and Osceola Park Lane. Pursuant to requirements of the Land Development Regulations (LDR), the property owner is responsible for perpetual maintenance of landscaping located in the right-of-way, which is stipulated in each LMA.
