Background:
Attached are the October 2019 Financial Statements [1] Statement of Net Assets and [2] Statement of Activities with Budget vs. Actual (YTD).
Below are highlights of significant activities that occurred during the month of October:
1. Reimbursement-Other (G/L #4750) - The Delray Beach Community Land Trust (DBCLT) was invoiced $10,063 for Palm Manors Apartments (managed by the DBCLT) property insurance expense.
2. Downtown-DB-Master Plan- Transportation Services (G/L #5230) - A payment in the amount of $48,463 was made to Freebee for October point to point transportation services.
3. Community Resource Enhancement-A-Guide Funding- (G/L #7376) - A first quarter A-GUIDE payment in the amount of $23,035 was made to EPOCH.
4. Debt Service-City-US1 Corridor Improvements (G/L #8606) - A payment in the amount of $210,075 was made to the City of Delray Beach.
5. Debt Service-City National Line of Credit (G/L #8608)- A payment was made in the amount of $417,430.
