Recommended Action:
Approve the Temporary Use Agreement between the CRA and the City for the temporary use of CRA-owned properties located on the SW 600-800 Blocks of West Atlantic Avenue for overflow parking during the 2020 Delray Beach Open.
Background:
The 2020 Delray Beach Open is scheduled to take place at the Delray Beach Tennis Center from Friday, February 14, 2020, to Sunday February 23, 2020.
The City of Delray Beach submitted a request to the CRA to use CRA-owned properties located on the SW 600-800 blocks of West Atlantic Avenue for overflow parking for the duration of the 2020 Delray Beach Open.
At this time, CRA staff is bringing this item before the Board for approval of the Temporary Use Agreement.
