Background:
This report is the method of informing the City of Delray Beach (“City”) City Commission of the land use actions, which may be appealed, by the City Commission. During the specified period, the following Boards acted on the noted requests. Section 2.4.7(E), Appeals, of the Land Development Regulations (LDR) applies.
The agenda for each Board meeting listed is provided as an attachment. The agendas provide links to the backup information for each item, including the Staff Report or Memo and associated attachments or plans. Note: Items identified on the agenda(s) that are not listed on the appealable report mean that the Board did not take action on that item, or the item is one that provides a recommendation to the City Commission for final action.
