Background:
Delaire Country Club has proposed the installation of a new tennis court to the northeast of the clubhouse addressed as 4645 White Cedar Lane, located at the southeast corner of the intersection of White Cedar Lane and Live Oak Boulevard. Currently, a ten-foot wide utility easement is located under the proposed tennis court. Delaire Country Club is proposing the abandonment of this utility easement, totaling approximately 5,933 sq. ft. A replacement Florida Power & Light (FPL) easement was previously recorded, and the City Engineer has recommended approval of this request.

Resolution No. 168-24 has been approved as to form and legal sufficiency.
