Discussion regarding the former Carver High School / Delray Full-Service Center.

Background:
In the City Manager’s October 29, 2021, City Commission Information Letter, attached as Exhibit B, the City Manager states that the School District of Palm Beach County (SDPBC) is potentially interested in donating the former Carver High School/ Delray Full-Service Center facility to the City of Delray Beach.
The Delray Full-Service Center was also discussed at the most recent City Commission Workshop on January 11, 2022.
At this time, the item is before the City Commission and the CRA Board for discussion.
