Recommended Action:
Special Events Technical Advisory Committee (SETAC) recommends the Development Services Management Group (DSMG) approve the special event known as AC Delray Rush Cup to be held on March 15-16, 2025; and authorize the Special Event Manager (SEM) to take all actions necessary to effectuate the Special Event Permit.

Background:
AC Delray submitted a Special Event Application on December 20, 2025 for the event AC Delray Rush Cup to be held at Seacrest Soccer Complex on March 15-16, 2025. This event has been held for the previous 5 years without any issues. It was last held in January of 2024. This event is a soccer tournament for 7-11 year old children. A complete parking plan is attached in the back-up. The event is expecting 350 people in attendance. The event will take place on Saturday, March 15, 2025 from 8:00am - 9:00 pm and on Sunday, March 16, 2025 from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm.
Special Event Technical Advisory Committee (SETAC):
SETAC recommends DSMG approve the event.
No special conditions are recommended by SETAC
Funding Source/Financial Impact:
AC Delray is a 501(c)(3) non-profit and will receive a 50% discount in soft costs.
Timing of Request:
The event is approaching and the producer would like to advertise and invite teams.
