Motion to approve Resolution 60-19 repealing Resolution 150-18 levying a fire assessment fee.

Body

Background:

Resolution 60-19 repeals Resolution 150-18 passed on December 11, 2018 that determined that a levy of a non-ad valorem assessment was needed to fund a portion of the City’s fire protection services.  Based on the direction of the Commission given on February 12, 2019, this Resolution was prepared.
