Background:
The Sports Destination Committee last provided an update to the City Commission May 15, 2018. The Committee will provide a year-to-date update of tournaments and sporting events that have been held/hosted by the City of Delray Beach within the last year and the economic impact derived from those events.

Funding Source/Financial Impact:
The Delray Beach Sports Destination Committee does not receive any direct funding from Delray Beach. Sports events, tournaments and programs endorsed by the Sports Destination Committee are funded through independent leagues, promoters, or the City of Delray Beach Parks and Recreation Department.
