Attached are the July 2021 Financial Statements [1] Statement of Net Assets and [2] Statement of Activities with Budget vs. Actual (YTD).
Below are highlights of significant activities that occurred during the month of July:
1. Revenue - Single Family Home Sales (G/L #4075) - Four Corey Jones Isle single family homes were sold for a totaled $980,470.
2. Redevelopment Sites- Affordable Housing- Subsidies (G/L #6505) - A family was awarded a subsidy in the amount of $53,500 towards the purchase of a Corey Jones Isle single family home.
