Discussion and direction on items related to 98 NW 5th Avenue and 95 SW 5th Avenue.
Background:
98 NW 5th Avenue:
The redevelopment of 98 NW 5th Avenue is well underway and at this time, this item is before the CRA Board for discussion and direction as it relates to the following items:
1) Design of Exterior Building Signage
a. Signage will be on the exterior of elevator shaft located on NW 1st Street
b. Up to three (3) signs may be installed
2) Management of the Building
3) Tenant Type and Selection Method
95 SW 5th Avenue:
The construction documents for 95 SW 5th Avenue have been submitted to the City of Delray Beach and the documents are in the final steps of the approval process. At this time, this item is before the CRA Board for discussion and direction as it relates to the following items:
1) Invitation to Bid for Construction
a. Scheduled for issuance on Tuesday, September 6, 2022
2) Building Use
