Motion to approve Amendment No. 2 with Delray Auto Mall, Inc. to extend the Agreement, under the same terms and conditions, for the period of September 15, 2019 through September 14, 2020- $65,000

Background:
On September 15, 2015 the City Commission awarded a three year agreement for undercover vehicles lease with Delray Auto Mall, Inc. Undercover vehicles are used for various investigative operations. The Agreement include provisions for renewal options: staff recommends approval of the final one-year option to renew extending the Agreement through September 14, 2020.
