Motion to Approve purchase award to Wesco Turf, Inc., for the purchase of seven Tower Mowers and three Toro Utility Vehicles for a total of $178,258.46, utilizing State of Florida Contract #21100000-15-1.

Background:
On September 1, 2015, the State of Florida awarded Contract #21100000-15-1 to Wesco Turf, Inc. for agriculture and land equipment. The contract is valid through June 30, 2017. The Environmental Services Department, Fleet Division is requesting approval to purchase seven (7) Toro mowers and three (3) Toro utility vehicles from Wesco Turf, Inc. to be added to the Department fleet as replacements for old mowers and vehicles.
Wesco Turf, Inc. has certified that the prices offered are the lowest to any other governmental entity within the State of Florida.
This recommendation complies with the City Code of Ordinances.
