Background:
Item A1 - The owner(s) of record, Linton Delray, LLC., submitted a building permit #BLDC-010381-2026 on February 11, 2026, for the subject property. The easement is required to allow access for inspection and maintenance of City's Utilities of the following: portion of 8" water mains, fire hydrant and water service line.
There is no cost to the City now or in the future for this item.
