Approve the Third Amendment to the Employment Agreement for the Executive Director.

Background:
Per the Executive Director’s Employment Agreement dated June 14, 2019, “[o]n an annual basis, the Board of Commissioners of the CRA shall engage in an annual performance evaluation and salary and benefit review of said Employee on or about June 29th, during the term of this Agreement for the purpose of recommending compensation and benefit adjustment for the ensuing year.”
The CRA Board engaged in its annual performance evaluation and salary and benefit review of the Executive Director at the July 14, 2022, CRA Board meeting. At that time, the CRA Board recommended and approved at seven percent (7%) annual salary increase retroactive to June 29, 2022.
At this time, the Third Amendment to the Executive Director’s Employment Agreement is before the CRA Board for approval.
