Approve CRA Resolution No. 2025-14 adopting Delray Beach Community Redevelopment Agency Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Budget.

Background:
Attached is the Delray Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (DBCRA) Budget and Work Plan for Fiscal Year 2025- 2026 as well as Resolution No. 2025-14 adopting the CRA’s Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Budget. The Budget includes projects and programs that emphasize the elimination or redevelopment of blighted structures, street beautification, community policing, affordable housing, and funding assistance initiatives.
This year’s budget process involved discussion of the various revenues, expenditures, and funding requests at the August 28, 2025, CRA Board Meeting.
We will remain focused on addressing overall needs within the Community Redevelopment Area from CRA Redevelopment Plan listed below:
• Recreation and Cultural Facilities
• Removal of Slum and Blight
• Land Use
• Economic Development
• Affordable Housing
• Downtown Housing
• Infrastructure
Staff requests approval of Resolution No. 2025-14 adopting the CRA’s Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Budget.
