Update from PFM Group Consulting, LLC: This item provides a status update regarding financing analysis and future rate projections for the Delray Beach Golf Club, post renovations.  To discuss the cost per round, resident/permit-holder approach, and market positioning. It will also cover potential revenue bond financing considerations and a timeline to support a late-2026 reopening.
