Approval of the Agreement allows the City to procure essential EMS ePCR, Data Collection, and Prehospital Response Planning and Augmentation in contract
Body
Background:
The Delray Beach Fire Rescue Department operates five fire stations as an all-hazards fire rescue department. The department has a professional obligation to ensure it has software capable of addressing the needs of the agency while ensuring compliance will all city, county, state, and federal regulations. This transition to ESO will ensure that the fire rescue department is operating in compliance with the federally required transition to the NERIS reporting system.

On May 8, 2025, , issued RFB No. 2025-04 for ePCR, Data Collection and Prehospital Emergency Response Planning and Augmentation. On August 3, 2025, Agreement RFB #2025-04 was awarded to ESO Solutions for an initial term of thirty-six (36) months with the option to extend 24 months upon agreement by both parties.

In the interest of continuity of services, Fire Department is request approval of the agreement with ESO Solution.
