Receive updated presentation on the city's economic conditions and economic development programs. Discuss economic development priorities and future work program.

Background:
The City Commission held a workshop meeting on October 14, 2025 that included discussions regarding economic development policy goals, objectives, and expectations. During this meeting, the Commission reviewed an economic development presentation that was previously shared with the City Commission at a workshop meeting on September 13, 2021. At the October meeting their was consensus among the Commissioners that most of what was in the 2021 presentation remained a valid program but that the presentation should be updated to reflect current economic condition and policies.
The Administration has worked, with the assistance of GRIP.D, a local marketing firm, to update statistics and conditions to give a more up-to-date snapshot of the city and to note relevant changes in policy conditions.
