Background:
Attached are the April 2018 Financial Statements [1] Statement of Net Assets and [2] Statement of Activities with Budget vs. Actual (YTD). 
 
Below are highlights of significant activities that occurred during the month of April:
 
1.                     West Atlantic Redevelopment-Land Acquisition (G/L #5120)- Payments totaling $256,609 were made for the following:
•                     $249,009 - Purchase of 47 SW 8th Avenue.
•                     $7,600 - Market value appraisals for various CRA properties.
 
2.                     Redevelopment Sites-Maintenance (G/L #6303)- Payments totaling $11,793 were made to the following vendors for maintenance services at CRA properties:
•                     $9,329 - Sod Unlimited, Inc
•                     $1,800 - Decon Environmental & Engineering, Inc.
•                     $664 - Miscellaneous
 
3.                     Downtown Marketing & Promo-DBMC (G/L #7321) - A third payment in the amount of $88,978 was made to the DBMC.
 
4.                     Debt Service-City National Line Of Credit (G/L #8608) - A payment was made in the amount of $29,213.
