Approve the Reinstatement and First Amendment to the Agreement for Professional Consulting Services between the CRA and Synalovski Romanik Saye, LLC.

Background:
At the September 11, 2018, CRA Board meeting, the Board authorized the CRA Board Chair to execute Continuing Consultant Services Agreements (“Original Agreements”) for Architectural Services with several separate firms.
The initial term for each of the Original Agreements was for three (3) years from the commencement date of October 1, 2018. The CRA reserved the right to renew each of the Original Agreements with the option to renew for two one (1) year extensions.
At the July 15, 2021 CRA Board meeting, the Board approved the First Amendment to the Original Agreement with several firms including Synalovski Romanik Saye, LLC to extend the termination date. However, a First Amendment with Synalovski Romanik Saye, LLC. was inadvertently never fully executed. The Original Agreement expired on September 30, 2021.
At this time, Staff is requesting that the Board approve the Reinstatement and First Amendment to the Agreement for Professional Consulting Services with Synalovski Romanik Saye, LLC to extend the Original Agreement termination date to September 30, 2023.
