Motion to approve Amendment No. 6 to the Agreement between the City of Delray Beach and Players International Management, Inc.

 

Body

Background:

On March 6, 2007, the City entered into an Agreement with Players International Management, Inc. (PIM) for its non-exclusive right to use the City of Delray Beach's tennis facilities for tennis events (Agreement). The original Agreement between the City and PIM has been previously amended five (5) times. This Amendment No. 6 extends the terms for an additional five (5) years, ending on September 29, 2030.

 

City Attorney Review:

Approved as to form and legal sufficiency.
