Motion to Adopt Resolution No. 29-16 assessing costs for abatement action required to remove nuisances on five (5) properties throughout the City.

Background:

The resolution sets forth the actual cost incurred and provides the mechanism to attach liens against the properties in the event the assessments remain unpaid.
