Background:
This Resolution authorizes the sale of a City-owned vacant piece of property located at 1015 Mango Drive to Grav Inc. The cost of the purchase is $42,000. The transaction was previously advertised. This Resolution authorizes the issuance of a Special Warranty Deed pursuant to the terms of the Vacant Land Contract.
