There is no recommended action required. This is a presentation of a program involving the Fire Rescue Department and the FAU School of Medicine, EMS Fellowship program.

Background:
The Fire Rescue Department was approached by the FAU College of Medicine to engage in an EMS Fellowship program. This will enhance our services by providing medical direction with our staff and collaboration in education with the EMS Fellow. This relationship will further the medical care for the patients that the department encounters and enrich the lives of the citizens of Delray Beach by providing better trained personnel.
