Attached are the April 2026 Financial Statements [1] Statement of Net Assets and [2] Statement of Activities with Budget vs. Actual (YTD).
Below are highlights of significant activities that occurred during the month of March:
1. Arts Warehouse Renovations (GL #7444-A Arts Warehouse-Capital Assets) The CRA made a payment to Waypoint Contracting, Inc. in the amount of $258,786 representing the first payment application on the contract for renovations at the Arts Warehouse located at 313 NE 3rd Avenue.
