Special Events Technical Advisory Committee (SETAC) recommends the Development Services Management Group (DSMG) approve the special event known as Nefesh Social - Boca Tov to be held on November 21, 2026; and authorize the Special Event Manager (SEM) to take all actions necessary to effectuate the Special Event Permit.

Background:
Chill Out LLC submitted a Special Event Application on August 6, 2026, for the event Nefesh Social - Boca Tov to take place at Atha Yoga Shala on November 21, 2026. This is a health and wellness event that will have workouts, cold plunges, sauna tents, a DJ, and health and wellness vendors.There will be food vendors as well. The event producers are expecting 80 people. This is a ticketed event for the Jewish community. This is the first time this event will be taking place. Similar events by the same producer have been held in January of 2026 at Old School Square without issue. The event will go from 1:00pm - 4:00pm.

No special conditions are recommended by SETAC
Funding Source/Financial Impact:
There is no financial impact to the city. The event producer will be billed for all costs.

The event is approaching and the producer would like to start advertising.
