CITRIN COOPERMAN REVIEW OF DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE, AND BUDGET AND INTERFUND TRANSFER POLICY ADMINISTRATION

Background:
Citrin Cooperman was engaged to review certain procedures and transactions within the Finance Dept to ensure compliance, accuracy and efficiency. A partner from Citrin will present a preliminary report on the scope of their study, their findings and recommended actions.
The Finance Department agrees with the findings Citrin has discussed with them, and will be taking action steps to tighten up procedures and controls, which in turn will minimize the recurrence of these issues in the future.
