Item A2 - Motion to approve and accept a Bill of Sale by Pulte Home Company, LLC., for transfer and all right of ownership of potable water, reclaimed water, wastewater and/or pump station facilities to the City of Delray Beach of property located in the Common Areas of Enclave at Sherwood Development, for Property Control Numbers (PCN's) 12-42-46-13-42-006-0000, 12-42-46-13-42-015-0000, and 12-42-46-13-42-018-0000.

Background:
The owners Pulte Home Company, LLC., submitted building permit #22-00202833 in March, 2013 for subject property. The easement is required to allow access for inspection and maintenance of City's Utilities.
There is a $10.00 cost to the City for the transfer of assets of potable water, reclaimed water, wastewater and/or pump station facilities under the Bill of Sale.
