Review and consider acceptance of a 25-foot radius at the corner of Old Dixie Highway and NE 22nd Lane, and a 25-foot radius at the corner of North Federal Highway and NE 22nd Lane for the property located at 2210 North Federal Highway.

Background:
On September 22, 2026, the City Commission approved a Level 4 Site Plan application, Conditional Use and Waiver for the construction of an automatic car wash located at 2210 North Federal Highway. The approval requires a 25-foot radius dedication at the corner of Old Dixie Highway and NE 22nd Lane, and a 25-foot radius at the corner of North Federal Highway and NE 22nd Lane. The right-of-way dedications are technical requirements as part of the approved project.
