Acceptance of a Landscape Maintenance Agreement (LMA) along Old Dixie Highway for the property located at 2612-2650 North Federal Highway, known as Delray Hyundai-Genesis.

Background:
On October 20, 2025, Planning and Zoning Board approved a Level 3 Site Plan Application, including Architectural Elevations and a Landscape Plan, to construct a 167,000 square-foot full service automotive dealership for Delray Hyundai Genesis located at 2612-2650 North Federal Highway. The proposal includes landscape improvements located within the Old Dixie Highway public right-of-way. Such improvements require the approval of a Landscape Maintenance Agreement (LMA). These documents are ministerial and serve to implement the approved design; there are no changes to the Hyundai Genesis Dealership development approval in this action.
