Motion to Approve Resolution No. 50.25 honoring Spencer Britt for 30 years of service.

Background:
In accordance with the City's service award policy, employees with 30 years of continuous full-time service are to be honored by the City Commission with a resolution and plaque. Spencer Britt, Storm Water Superintendent, achieved this milestone on February 6th.
