Motion to award Bid 2016-014 for the purchase of janitorial supplies to the following vendors: (1) Interline Brands dba SupplyWorks for the lowest bid items in an amount not to exceed $70,000; (2) All American Poly for the lowest bid items in an amount not to exceed $5,000; (3) Amchem International for the lowest bid items in an amount not to exceed $5,000; (4) Central Poly Corporation for the lowest bid items in an amount not to exceed $5,000; (5) Interboro Packaging Corporation for the lowest bid items in an amount not to exceed $7,500; (6) Lavcor Inc. for the lowest bid items in an amount not to exceed $5,000 and (7) Natural Soap Formulas for the lowest bid items in an amount not to exceed $5,000.

Background:
On October 4, 2015, the City issued Bid 2016-014 for 96 of the City's most commonly used janitorial supplies. The Facilities Maintenance and Parks Division had supplied a list of janitorial supplies. The City received responses from eight (8) suppliers on October 26, 2015. The City will be awarding the bid to the lowest priced vendor for each item. The award term is for two (2) years with two (2) additional one (1) year renewal periods. The following vendors will be awarded items based on the lowest bid price.
