Motion to award Bid 2016-025 for Temporary staffing to the following vendors:
A & A Associates for the lowest bid in an amount not to exceed $16,000.
Culmin Staffing Group for the second lowest bid in an amount not to exceed $5,000.
Blue Arbor for the second lowest bid in an amount not to exceed $5,000.
Cochhbha Enterprises for the second lowest bid in an amount not to exceed $4,000.

Background:
On October 26, 2015, the City issued Bid 2016-025 for seven temporary staff positions. The City received responses from nine (9) suppliers on November 16, 2015. The temporary positions are used periodically throughout the year by various departments. In order to allow for the quick acquistion of temporary staff when needed, the City will be awarding the bid to the two lowest priced vendors for each temporary position. This will allow Departments a wider variety of temporary applicants when needed. When a Departments needs a temporay worker, the awarded vendors would provide resumes for the proposed temporary assignment. The Department would then make the selection for the temporary candidate. The awarded vendor would be issued a purchase order upon selection of a temporary worker. The awarded pricing is for a two (2) year term with two (2) additional one (1) year renewal periods.
The following vendors will be awarded based on the lowest and second lowest bid price.
A & A Associates for the lowest bid for seven positions in an amount not to exceed $16,000.
Culmin Staffing Group for the second lowest bid items for three posistions in an amount not to exceed $5,000.
Blue Arbor for the second lowest bid for three positiions in an amount not to exceed $5,000.
