Motion to Approve an amendment to extend the Agreement with Dubin & Associates, Inc. for Delray Beach Municipal Tennis Center and Delray Swim and Tennis Club Management Agreement for sixty days through February 28, 2017.

Background:
On September 25, 2004, City Commission approved the award of an agreement for Delray Beach Municipal Tennis Center and Delray Swim and Tennis Club Management. On September 22, 2016 the City Manager extended the Agreement for a period of ninety days, extending the contract term through December 31, 2016. City staff is requesting an additional extension on the Agreement through February 28, 2017 to allow the City ample time to complete negotiations and enter into a new Agreement for Delray Beach Municipal Tennis Center and Delray Swim and Tennis Club Management .
This recommendation complies with the City Code of Ordinances, Chapter 36, Section 36.07 (A)(2), "Extensions".

Approved as to form and legal sufficiency.
Finance Department Review:
Finance recommends approval.
Funding Source:
Funding is available from account number 001-4210-575-34.90 (General Fund: Other Contractual Services).
Timing of Request:
These agreements expired on December 31, 2016. They must be renewed so that management services can continue.
