Motion to Approve the acceptance of a Right-of-Way deed for a 25 foot strip of right-of-way at 1475 SW 4th Avenue.
Body
Background:
The owner of the property located at 1475 SW 4th Avenue, Brookstone Delray Associates, desires to convey to the City a portion of its property to be used as right of way at no cost to the City. The property to be conveyed is 25 feet by 100 feet and is consistent in width with the right of way conveyed to the City from the adjacent property owners in 1982 and 2003 respectively. As a result of this transaction, the City will own a continuous strip of right-of-way in that area.
Staff recommends approval.
